LCII endeavors to give the customer a calling experience with as little fees as possible.

The fee description that follows is a complete description of possible fees that may apply depending on calling circumstances, however in most cases these fees are not levied.

Fee's may include (all fees quoted in US Dollars):

• a per call fee of up to $0.99
• a weekly maintenance fee up to $0.99
• a daily maintenance fee up to $0.05
• a fee of up to $0.99 for calls originated from a payphone, and a post call fee of up to $0.99
• Calls made through toll free numbers may be charged up to $0.05 per minute.
• Calls originated from anywhere outside the contiguous 48 United States may be charged up to an additional $0.25 per minute

Calls to international Cellular destinations may incur a higher rate. Calls may be rounded to the nearest 3-minute increment. There is no Expiration of PIN numbers or accounts held as open status. Purchaser is responsible for safeguarding PINs and is responsible for theft and any unauthorized use of card. There are no refunds.
